VHDL design and FPGA implementation of direct torque control for induction machines

چکیده

This paper presents a VHDL design and an FPGA implementation of direct torque controller (DTC) used to order induction machines (IM). The use at high sampling frequency reduces the ripple while maintaining classical DTC control structure. We have adopted modular approach, by dividing global entity into set elementary blocks designed implemented separately. performances this command are reduce 0.01 Nm flux wb with circuit implementing 3,256 LEs complexity 64 latency clock cycles. To evaluate performance our controller, we performed co-simulation platform based on MATLAB/Simulink Modelsim programs. was simulate dynamics machine associated its inverter proposed strategy executed under modelsim software using fixed point. operated in loop speed variation obtained following performances: A zero overrun, response time speeds 300 ms static error as required specifications.
